Super tasty! This is a winner! Since I had boned thighs I tossed the bones in too to add their flavor and nutrition to the pot. If you want a smoother sauce, you might want to semi puree the tomatoes before putting them in. I’ll probably double the recipe next time I make it.

Just had to add some salt, but after that it was fantastic! I may have used more chicken than what was called for which is why it needed salt probably.
