If you’re looking for a time-consuming way to ruin pork chops, this is your recipe. I suspected something was off when I noticed the pressure cook time was 35 minutes, but I took a leap of faith and followed the directions exactly. So dry. So chewy. So disappointing. The sauce was too runny, but flavorful. I think the recipe would be salvageable if you cut the pressure cook time drastically and reduced the amount of water added to the sauce by about half.
