One of our favourite dishes. I always carmalise my onions much longer than the recipe recommends

Outstanding,
Had to brown onions in another pot after 45 minutes of trying to sauté in IP...not a big deal,

Really good. I used beef stock, veggie stock and dry white wine. It gave the broth so much depth of flavor.

it turned out great, but I used beef stock and about half of a cup of a very dry oak aged red wine.
