- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup water (for the gravy)

Delicious. Husband and kids all loved it.

Really great flavor but the meat was very tough. Used chuck roast and followed directions but maybe it needed to be cooked longer.
