My family loves this recipe!

Turned out amazing, didn’t have Panko bread crumbs and used potato chips as a substitute.

This was super easy to make and the family loved it! I was out of sour cream so I used plain Greek yogurt in the gravy, it turned out well. I served it with homemade egg noodles.

I have a large family, this recipe was very easy to double and follow. They turned out great. This one is going into my “Make Again” list.

I love the flavor of these! My only substitution was to use one whole egg instead of bothering to separate yolks only from two - no noticeable difference. Using my large-ish cookie scoop resulted in 29 meatballs.
After reading some reviews about meatballs falling apart, I set out to use a gentle hand. I seared in three batches instead of two to give me more room to work. I let the IP and the oil preheat, and then didn’t touch the meatballs for a good minute and a half after first putting them in. I lifted gently from the bottom to turn them around to sear all over. When it was time for them to go back into the IP for pressure cooking, I individually nestled each one into the stock mixture by hand. End result was tender, intact meatballs.
My sauce didn’t thicken as much as I would have liked. I might use a bit less stock next time.
Served over Gimme Some Oven’s “Best Mashed Potatoes,” also available here on Yummly. The two together made for a nice comfort-food dinner on a chilly night.

I ended up just making it on the stove because it’s was less work and I could fit more in the pan than in the instant pot. It was very good, will make again.

first time i made it, it went perfect, but i used less meat that time. my husband request it again because of thr gravy. so i made it again using the right quantities this time, but the sauce was too thick and kept giving me the burn notice until i thinned it out.
will try a third time and hope it comes out.

Whole family enjoyed it. :)

So delicious! I forgot to add the flour before pressure cooking but added it in to the sauce while it was reducing and it came out just fine. This recipe will go on our regular family rotation.

The taste was good but I did not like using the instant pot for this recipe. I feel like it would have been easier to just make them on the stovetop.

These tasted exactly like ikea!!!! I loved them so much I got stuff to make them again. Only thing extra I did was add raspberry jam on the side to make up for no lingonberry and cooked on the stove instead of in an instant pot bc I dont own one! Her directions for the stove version I found in her reviews section.
