Made these this morning and was a little leery but they turned out absolutely delicious. Just the tight amount of ginger and my husband loves them also. I will need to hide some as they are hard to stay away from. Thank you for sharing recipe.

These cookies are so good! I ended up cooking mine at 13 minutes instead of 15 and they came out so soft and chewy and so moist!

Quite good! I personally like ginger a lot, so I would put in a bit more next time. They were soft, chewy - and tasted kind of like gingerbread. The amount of sugar looked like a ton at first, but it didn’t taste too sweet.

I used a gluten-free flour. The rest of the recipe directions I followed with the exception of weighing the flour, sugars and butter amounts. I will make this cookie recipe again.

Delicious!! Halved the sugar amount. First time baking ginger cookies and was super happy they came out like the photo. :)

I tried another recipe that called for molasses and it was horrible so I was glad to see this one did not. These cookies were very good. mine did not puff up like the picture but I would still make them again.
