- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup red bell peppers (diced)
- 10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk (or half and half)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 4 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 envelope italian dressing mix (for my EU readers who can't get this, here's a good copycat you can make yourself--Italian Dressing Mix. Use 2 tbs of the mix.)
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 8 oz. pasta (uncooked bowtie, farfalle, OR- your choice of shaped pasta)

Very good! Didn’t have cream cheese so I used Ricotta and it turned out great! Would adjust seasonings next time, pepper and such but good as is. Used mini lasagna noodles and it was like a chicken lasagna. This is a keeper.

Really good! I made 12 oz of noodles and used 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken. Added the whole red pepper. Added more Italian seasoning, garlic salt, garlic powder; seasoning salt etc.
added more milk as well and baked for about 25 minutes. Will make again!

Made it for dinner for my husband . Added some garlic bread on the side . As a Spanish cook I would just add white rice and it would be perfect . Flavor was good & very family friendly.

Really delicious. I hadn’t planned on baking it as a casserole but when I combined everything it was so soupy I didn’t have a choice. Baking for 30 minutes fixed everything. It was creamy and flavorful.

It was a big hit for my family of 9 plus an extra baby and my sister. Left us all full and happy. We just doubled the batch and used a deep 9x13 casserole pan. perfect fit, prefect ratio for everyone.

Everyone loved it - from seniors to elementary aged kiddos. Personally, I might add a bit more Italian seasoning next time.

Kids loved this one, will make it again. I added artichoke hearts and mushrooms and used cream of chicken with mushrooms. Next time will add spinach as well. Good and easy to make

Soooooo yummy! I had to take a couple of liberties with the recipe: I didn't have any fresh red pepper so I chopped up a jar of roasted red pepper, I doubled the garlic, added an extra oz of cream cheese (I used neuffchatel), and I added a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes (juices too). I'll be making this regularly; it's quick, easy, tasty, and perfect to make ahead to reheat for a satisfying weekday meal.

Very good. Makes a lot so you can freeze some. I added a can of diced tomatoes with juice.
