Great mix! I used soy milk instead of water and added a couple of drops of vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon to the milk and syrup mixture.

Really great recipe, they are good, super easy to make, fluffy and vegan. Love it!

Really great! With the price of eggs almost tripling, I love a good recipe that doesn’t need them! I halved it and added a teaspoon of vanilla like others had suggested it was perfect for me and my sons. Of course, the little one just ate chocolate chips. Oh yeah, I also added chocolate chips.

Good taste. yield is off I halved the recipe, made them a little bigger and only got 3,5” pancakes out of it. Will adjust accordingly next batch

Love it ! Moist and crispy on the outside with a hint of sweetness 😋

Super easy to make. I did add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract & substituted the water with plain oat milk equally. Tip: make sure the syrup you’re adding is pure maple syrup (thick) not just pancake syrup (thin). I’ve made both ways and pure is the key.

Great. I added vanilla extract and used butter instead of olive oil… I ran out of milk and eggs so this was a cinch! No more ready made mixes.. I also made some with white chocolate chips and a banana version. Felreeze and heat up!

Simply delicious. The ingredients were accessible!

I added vanilla extract and used vegan butter in the frying pan, instead of the coconut oil. I was also able to divide the recipe in 4 for one sitting. The pancakes turned out great - american breakfast style.

These were awesome and super easy. I was nervous to burn them, so I cooked them on low first - definitely cook on medium, (the ones cooked on medium came out perfectly crispy and fully, low give very little crisping and a thicker pancake) but use plenty of oil/butter and watch them, they cook almost immediately. I did mine with cocavo oil on a cast iron pan. I also sweetened with 3 tbsp honey 3 tbsp maple syrup, a few dashes of cinnamon and about a teaspoon of vanilla extract. *They also retoast in a toaster oven well!

I definitely will not make these again. They stuck to my griddle. The recipe says to use olive oil, which I did. Switched to margarine. Didn't stick as much. They were not fluffy at all. The flavor was okay but not worth making again.

Not as good as I hoped. I would add another cup of water as we like ours thinner.

Added 1-2Tb more of syrup to the mix since I like my cakes a little sweeter but this recipe was solid!
