Lovely warm and wintertime dish. Made it with some mini garlic roast potato’s and veg, will definitely be making again!

This was a great meal! The only changes we made were we cut the 6 sausages (instead of 4) into thirds and instead of serving over pasta, we made the pasta and stirred it into the dish before adding the cheese and baking. It was incredible! We had a little leftover and I will be having it for lunch again tomorrow

Deliciously easy! Since I don't have an oven, I used my Instant Pot Ultra and my Mealthy lid. Also I can't leave a recipe alone with out tweaking it and It would take me 2 hours + to run to the store. So I used what I had on hand. About 6 oz bulk Italian sausage cut into chunks went in first on Saute high. When they were cooked through I added a handful of frozen stirfry onions and peppers, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning, a handful of spinach ( 1/4 cup of frozen) and cooked till it was bubbly and the spinach was wilted. (didn't have any mushrooms this time) Then I added the Marinara Sauce and gave it a good stir. When that bubbled I turned off the Instant Pot and topped it with cheese and used my Mealthy lid to melt and lightly brown the cheese. Served it with green beans and a salad, and over spaghetti noodles for the boys. I need to grow more zucchini next year!
