Very good! Only complaint, my sauce was still very thin after 20 minutes. I made a rue and added it 5 minutes before pasta was done, that thickened it up perfectly.

Fabulous dish. I took the cajun spice suggestion to add more heat and I really enjoyed the flavor with the sundried tomato addition. Mine was a tad too salty, but since I didnt add any salt, I'm assuming the Italian sausage or chicken broth was the culprit. I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing.

Delicious payoff for minimal effort. Had to use shells as that was all I had but no matter: everyone had seconds, even my pickiest eater. Added a little extra crushed red pepper as well since we all like spicy.

This was incredibly yummy. A couple substitutions due to grocery limitations but I don’t think they affected the result: half and half instead of heavy whipping cream, and Italian sausage brats (skinned) instead of actual sausage. Worked like a charm! No salt needed once plated.

Loved it so much. Used oregano and diced tomatoes and herb.

Omgosh so delicious! I added more Parmesan cheese than normal people because we love it! I used sundried tomatoes not in the oil kind cause I like them better. My husband is such a happy boy! Thank you so much for this yummy recipe!

I’ve made this a handful of times in the last 6 months and the whole family loves it! I usually add a little marinara to the sauce to give it extra tomato flavor. 10/10

I’m vegan, so I substituted impossible spicy sausage, Violife Parmesan, and canned coconut milk. This was an amazingly delicious meal. I think it’s one of the best things I’ve had since I went vegan.

Very good, substituted zucchini ribbons for the spinach because I had bunches of it! This recipe is a keeper.
