- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1 pkg. firm tofu (cut into even strips)
- 1 pkg. noodles (shimonata konnyaku, rinsed in cold water)
- 1 pkg. kelp noodles (rinsed well in warm water)
- 1 pkg. beef schnitzel (premium)
- 1 pkg. bok choy (washed well and sliced)
- 2 roots (spring onions, trimmed and cut into 4cm lengths)
