- 1 block extra firm tofu (pressed and dried)

- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 black pepper
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (or more if needed)

very good and crispy but i would add more seasoning (chilli powder, msg, onion&garlic powder ect) to the flour if i were to do it again. definitely recommend

This was really good. I skipped the blending and added some flour to the curry sauce to thicken it. Made with zucchini, mushrooms, and red bell peppers cooked with soy sauce on the side.

Great breading and easy, yummy sauce. Easy dinner with a side of rice and mixed veggies.
