Made this today, used my BM can't wait to taste it smells yummy, lol. Color is great. Kneading went well, min amount of having to scrap sides of pan to incorp the flour. T
he instructions did not specify what size loaf this makes so I set it for 1 lb, hope it's
done. Next is the taste test, One concern is that the top sunk abit, any idea what went wrong?
Update: Baking time was perfect, next time will add caraway seeds, I'm looking for more of a rye bread flavor like store bought...will make again.
