This came out so delicious! My family enjoyed it eith white rice and a salad. I baked it for an hour at 300° then increased the temp to 375° for 30 min, keeping an eye on the internal temp.It didn't dry out, great juices to use for the rice. We will have this again.

Very deliciousl The marinade was awesome! Served over rice with honey-maple carrots! So yummy!!

It tasted very good. I used 1 clove of garlic instead of garlic salt. However, next time I would only use 1/4 cup soy and replace the other half cup with 1/4 cup broth and 1/4 cup red wine.
I reduced the cooking time to something like 2 hours and would cook it even less next time.
Served with roasted potatoes and roasted broccoli and tzatziki.

Delicious. Definitely will make it again. My family loved it. And just marinated por 30 minutes. I will marinade it overnight next time.

Wonderful way to keep pork tenderloin juicy and tender. Only had one tenderloin, but used all the marinade. Also did not bake for 3 hours, just until meat thermometer was at 145 degrees. After resting, meat was perfectly cooked.

The flavor was great, but the bacon was underdone on the inside. I would recommend cooking the bacon halfway and cooling to room temperature before wrapping the pork.

It was really moist and tasty. Substituted apple cider vinegar, dried onions and used a full pork loin. Cooked it on a rack over a sheet pan on my Traeger smoker basting with the marinade every 30 minutes to 155 degrees F. Served with garlic rosemary roasted red potatoes, asparagus and sautéed apples. Yum...

Very moist! I always mess up tenderloin. Usually too dry but, not with this. I decrease the sugar but addes cayenne pepper. Very good!

Added a few tables spoons of brown sugar to the marinade. Cooking time was shorter than noted and pork was well done but still incredibly juicy. Would recommend using thin (not thick cut) bacon.
