Tasty and simple. Opted for stove top finish to avoid firing up the oven in the summer heat and some Rose wine I had left over in the fridge.

Came out pretty good. The recipe doesn't say how long to cook the chicken in the oven for. Mine took about 12 minutes. I used a citrus IPA for the sauce.

Everything was perfect. I just broiled it for a few mins to get it golden brown!
