Mine were not as gooey as the picture but still turned out delicious and soft in the middle. I used half the erythitol as it always makes things too sweet, I used extra butter instead of water and added walnuts. I was very appreciative for all the suggestions on the various ingredients that can be used. Also I am in Aus so we use Celsius and I got that a bit wrong lol so cooked it a bit low for 15 minutes then up to the right temp. Will definitely make again

just still too crumbly and not as firm as it would be with regular flour. wish I could get more substance and fudgingness in the brownie. it was also too sweet to my taste, so next time I'll probably cut back on the erythritol both in the frosting and the brownie

I love them! One bowl, one spoon, and amazing! I use butter vs oil. Omit extra cocoa powder. Slightly reduce monkfruit. Also water vs. oil.
