This had great flavor but turned out looking nothing like the photo. I did use less ranch than called for, but chopped the spinach in a food processor. It was mushy looking. Next time I will hand chop the spinach, cut the chicken in larger pieces, add another vegie and use less cheese.

The flavor was delicious but mine was a little mushy when it came out of the oven. Next time, I will use less ranch dressing and perhaps bake at 375 degrees.

This dish was absolutely delicious. My family all absolutely loved it. I replaced Ranch sauce with sour cream and doubled up on the chicken.

It turned out fantastic and was very easy to make and prepare. I added 1 1/2 cups of baby portabella mushrooms and a tablespoon of fresh minced garlic. After eating it I think the amount of cheese was a little much, maybe cut back or use a Mexican blend cheese. I also fried my bacon and onions, added my cooked chicken, mushrooms, garlic together. I then added the spinach and cooked 5 minutes. The bacon grease excentuated the whole flaver pallet. For those that like a little HOT I would double the cayenne. Fun experiment.

it turned out great...it was good. It just tasted like warm chicken salad. i wouldn't really make it again.

Delicious! Probably the tastiest keto recipe I’ve made yet. Already planning on making a not keto version to bring to family Christmas by adding fried onions on top! So good.

Delicious, husban liked it, but next time I make this I will find a less salty bacon to use. Using the rotisserie chicken was a time saver! You could add artichokes, would be tasty!
