    These turned out as delicious little gut buster pancakes that I will make again leaving out the coconut oil. Next time, I'll use the coconut cream and almond milk to wet the dry ingredients for a lighter taste and texture. I may add a drop of coconut oil to the pan to brown the pancakes lightly.

    There are some other better recipes, but it was not awful to eat.
