Delicious, My family loved it, will add it to my regular menu!

Spicy but delicious. I did not put spicy beef kielbasa only plain beef so for me the heat is perfect. For most you may need to back off on the cayenne. Easy to put together and definitely making again!

Yummy! Perfect for me but too spicy for hubby.

It was just ok. I needed to add broth to get the consistency I prefer.

So yummy! I will pull back a little on the cayenne pepper next time because I used a spicy andouille sausage which added additional heat. I used broccoli rice because my husband does not like cauliflower. It was still delicious! Will absolutely make this again.

This dish tastes amazing! I even had to switch out some of the spices because I didn't have certain herbs or the paprika, and I cooked the chicken and shrimp separately in their own seasoning then added them and it tastes great. I'll definitely make this again!

Jambalaya was awesome, couldn’t find jalapeño sausage so I diced 1/2 a jalapeño. Used boneless skinless chicken breast, it was a hit!!

This was delicious! You can’t even tell cauliflower rice was used 😊

What a great dish. My wife and my 10 year old, who is anti-vegetables, gobbled it right up

Loved it! Spicy and flavorful

It was pretty good, even though I'm not much of a jambalaya person. I made it more for my husband. The only thing I did different was use 1/2 the amount of thyme since it's a pretty strong herb. Oh and I only used a 12 oz bag of riced cauliflower which ended up being plenty.

Easy to make. Smells amazing! My family members love it!

It is delicious and easy. I only used 12 oz bag of cauliflower rice, and it was enough. I think 6c might be too much. I did add extra garlic, and omitted the cayenne because I do not like heat. I also added some frozen green beans for color and extra veggie content.

added jalapenos and used checked pineapple sausage.

It was good but a little different from regular Jambalaya.
