I had a pou d of ground chuck and couldn't decide what to do with it, so in my search this popped up in my "Yum" app. quick and easy and very delicious.

Really good! We did fried rice instead (since we usually do steamed anyways) and I also cooked my egg in a bit of teriyaki sauce. I had to double the amount of sauce even though we used less meat than the original recipe, as we like our sauce to drip down into our rice so this way we had enough for that. I did also cook the meat in some oyster sauce and some pepper just to give it some more flavor. I'm not sure it would have tasted as good with the meat being cooked unseasoned.

Instant success and a huge hit! I added in some broccoli to add some more vegetables and added 1 1/2 tbsp. of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I also used brown rice instead of white, and the recipe adapted nicely to that. Brilliant recipe! Highly recommended!

Easy to put together, needed a little more spice. Added carrots, snap peas and broccoli to veg it up. Will try again and see if husband likes better.

Goes great with plant based meat. The sauce covers up any flavors that might give away that it's vegan.

It was a great success. The only addition I made was to put an oven baked egg on top. Just grease a muffin tin, spray a little oil, and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, depending on how running you like your yolks

doubled the sauce and upped the chili garlic sauce up to 1tbs. added fresh green beans. Sriracha all over the top. we loved it & will make again

Always a good go to for ground beef changeup. Will double the sauce for 1lb beef next time for extra on the rice. Used green onion powder and 1/4tsp ground ginger for subs.
