It was very good. I used orange honey instead of just honey. I also put them in the oven after frying and glazed them with the orange honey.

I also made these and used them to make tacos as Sam Rosiek suggested. Very tasty. Gochujang is always slightly overpowering but we still enjoyed it. We've eaten too much baked cauliflower this year. Deep frying it gave it a nice twist.

Good base recipe, but when prepared as written the sauce came out way too salty for my taste. Added more water to tone it down and perhaps more sugar/honey next time too.

Very good, I made tacos with them used fried corn tortillas with cilantro and avocado and tomatoes chopped. Tasted good but next time I will add less of the Korean paste it was a little too intense. I double the honey. Add less paste, more honey and water than directed,
