The sauce smelled amazing while cooking! I didn’t double it since it’s just my husband and I. Instead of shrimp I used chicken, and cooked it first before adding to the sauce. It’s very thin, I wouldn’t call this a typical vodka sauce- it seemed more like a fancy , thin spaghetti sauce. I was disappointed since I was expecting a typical vodka sauce. We had zucchini on the side, it paired nicely.

would be much better with more of the tomatoes and sauce. will double and thicken it next time.
