They were amazing and very simple to make

Maybe all lasagna rolls are like this, but we weren't fans. It was really dense with ricotta, and it wasn't melty, just a mouth full of mush.

It came out real good. Since my lasagna noodles were too big to fit into the pot, I split them in half ad made 9 mini rolls. I've used frozen spinach instead of fresh, and it came out real good too. I would make it again and serve it with salad.

Loved it!! Turned out great and will be making for Thanksgiving! I actually modified it. I didn't use onion or garlic and kept my spinach frozen. Guess I skipped the part stating to cook. Still turned out great!!

Very easy to make. Have used this recipe twice although made a few changes. Browned some ground beef and then mixed in with onions and added to sauce. When assembling the rolls I do 1) noodle, 2) cheese, 3) sauce & meat.

Amazing, I forgot the garlic and used garlic salt instead and it was still amazing. I would defiantly make this again without a doubt!

Would not change a thing . Love how quickly these rolls are made, and with things I usually have on hand great use of the odd lasagna leftover in a box. Also great way to have lasagna if you are cutting down on pasta
Thanks for the great recipe! This one will be fun to play around with

I made this for Christmas instead of traditional lasagna and my family really enjoyed it! It was a breeze to serve too. I doubled the filling recipe, hoping it would be enough for a whole box of noodles, but I will have to triple it next time. I added some Parmesan to the filling and sprinkled a little on top with the mozzarella also. I didn't add any meat, but served with chicken meatballs. Held up well for leftovers.

Haven't made this in years.. Always a hit with for a buffet. Great tasting and so easy to serve up.

It turned out amazing! I will be using meat with it next time though as I enjoy meat with my lasagna.
