The recipe came out great, just added a little bit of turmeric to the stock and a hint of cayenne pepper to enhance the flavor! Was fantastic my husband loved it!

Turned out a little sweet tasting and I had to add about 2 more cups broth. Think it may be better done with chicken broth and more cream. I loved the plain risotto recipe Pioneer Woman has though.
