Not a big fan of French toast casserole but I like blueberries and lemon this was real good . I only made half batch there is only two of us it was so easy .it not real sweet which I liked .I would make again

Turned out absolutely perfect. I used a sleeve of english muffins for the bread. Was so fresh and light. The blueberries really go well with the lemon. No leftovers!!!

Made it with frozen Saskatoon Berries. Only had 1 lemon on hand, so used an orange too. Took their juice and added crab apple juice, corn starch, vanilla & icing sugar to create a warm pudding for a 'syrup'. Found the flavours were more enhanced the longer the 'syrup' soaked into the French Toast on the plate!
