Tart. Followed directions, exactly. No crispy skin. Flavor needs to be improved.

Not bad!!! Didn't go by the recipe completely because I happened to have grapefruit instead of lemons. Also didnt have any twine...still came out extremely moist and flavorful. Next time I'll go by the recipe exactly.
