Very tasty. Adding portobello mushroom with the first sautéed adds depth to the dish. I used dry brown lentils and they take much longer to cook than the times indicated on the directions. I have also just used Trader Joe’s steamed lentil pack. The steamed lentils work best and did not take as long to cook as the brown lentils. All in all, a great and earthy pasta dish.

WAUW. Very impressive. Even without wine - didn't have vegan wine in the house - the taste is almost like a carnist bolognese! I'll make this again, for sure.

Yeah look... I had pretty high hopes, I’ve only just stopped eating meat and I, my mum, sisters and Aunties all have different and delicious ways of making spaghetti but always with meat. Followed the directions exactly and it was everything I hoped for! Will definitely make it again.
