Pretty good. I have been experimenting with different dry beans. Reds are pretty good. This recipe TO ME could use more seasoning but overall pretty good.

Yum! I added smoked turkey legs

Definitely needs the spicy sausage to complete the dish. I used regular and it wasn’t quite where it should be for taste. In all other aspects this was a very good recipe

I am a louisianian and this is delicious!!!
my kids said this was the best red beans they have ever eaten. Lol
I've made red beans many times before but this was the first time I decided to follow a recipe because im new to yummly.
The key to the flavor is definitely the quality of the andoullie. I used a local brand from a smokehouse nearby.

The LA Red Beans and Rice were really good. Two Grandkids has requested RB&R but I decided to try a new recipe. Worked out really good. Everyone enjoyed so the cook was happy too. Seemed a little strange not using the regular one stop seasoning but well worth it. Will definitely make again.

Great recipe! I made this in my cast iron dutch oven and it turned out so well. Allow yourself plenty of time to get the beans the right consistency by keeping it low and slow.

This was a huge success to my very picky husband and three teenagers. I thought it might be too salty but it actually wasn’t.The only thing I was not too crazy about was the rice. I may add my butter rice next time :)

Used red beans instead of kidney, turned out pretty good! I used chicken stock instead of bouillon, about 5 cups and 4 cups of water altogether...I did t have a problem with it being soupy, I kept having to add more liquid. I could have been cooking it too high. The last hour, I just let it simmer and added a bunch more creole seasoning for more flavor. Added chopped up bacon because I had it left over from making breakfast.

a little soupy but still tasted amazing, just wish it was more thick like a gravey.

Yummy but would def use smoked turkey wing for fuller flavor and healthier options

It turned out great but REALLY salty. Making a 2nd batch with half the chicken cups and more water. We used turkey polksa so that has a good deal of salt too

Fantastic. extremely filling, super easy. came out looking exactly as the pic on yummy. you can use creole seasoning if you wish instead. Delicious. I used Kielbasa sausage, and turkey sausage links.
wonderful.

Definitely a great recipe. Tasty and a good way to get my kids to eat more veggies! Just swapped the 'hot sasuage' out for mild chorizo and dialed back the spices for it to be kid friendly :)

Loved this recipe i actually put the ingredients to saute in my instant pot. Then added the sausage to heat up a little before adding remaining ingredients. Put remaining ingredients in with half the water required and added cornstarch for my thickening agent. Turned out delicious and took half the time to make.

Delicious. I had some red bean i needed to cook from another recipe and didnt know these were made with pinto. So I used those. This recipe was a great, no frills, easy ingredients that one usually has on hand and quick. I love anything that's one pot/pan and I don't have to watch too closely.

So simple and so tasty! I cut the recipe in half; perfect amount for my family of 3.

This has become one of my favorite recipes. Wish I could spice it up more but the rest of my family likes it mild so I top it with hot sauce in my own bowl. Sometimes I add shrimp as well for a twist.

Yummy! Just enough kick to it!

I hardly ever follow recipes exactly. The amounts are always different in everything I make just because using measuring cups and spoons take too much time and cause too many dirty dishes!! I saw the ingredients in this and made it with polish sausage and was light on the creole seasoning as some family members don’t like too much spice, it turned out fantastic! I did it in all in a rice cooker and used canned red beans and it was all done in about 45 minutes with about a 15 minute prep time. I put the shaker of creole seasoning on the table for those who wanted the extra kick! It was so good, my husband is actually going to take left overs for work!! **bonus** lol
