I love the idea of low cal brownies, but these are not sweet enough as the recipe is written. I’ve made these three times now. This time I sed 1/4 c Truvia and 1/4 c brown sugar blend Truvia. I added 1/4 c applesauce and 1/4 c unsweetened coconut for more of a “Mounds” candy bar texture.
This adds about 10 calories per brownie and it is totally worth it!

Very good , added applesauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar stevia

I used 1% milk & quick oats (that's all I had), plus I used chobani vanilla greek yogurt, and added almost 1/4 cup extra truvia (based upon previous review on this recipe) and added 1/4 cup sweetened apple sauce & 1/4 cup white flour (to make sweeter and thicker based on previous reviews). Baked for 25 minutes at 400 degrees (completely done/cooked through - any longer baking and it would have burnt the brownies but remember, I had added flour which prob helped them cook more quickly). The batter looked really watery which is another reason I added the 1/4 cup flour. VERY happy I added the extra truvia, vanilla yogurt and applesauce because the brownies are still a little tart and not sweet at all - but very tasty and they're just as thick as shown in picture!!!

Tasted ok but came out flat, not as thick as normal brownies.

Works perfectly for me! Added 1/4 cup more four since I got a 9x9 pan

Well, I made these brownies and they do not look anything like the picture. Mine look more like wafers! I followed the directions completely. Wonder why they came out so flat?

Recipe is 60'calories. It is for 9 brownies, but they are very thin in my square baking tin. Should have used Sompting smaller so they are thicker. Don't like them very much, quite tasteless, but I only used 9 grams of stevia as this is a huge amount for us. Would only make them again as they are so low in calories.
