Just made this for dinner and I think it’s a great alternative to the high fat version. The sauce was very creamy but also light. I would probably try adding artichokes and/or red bell pepper to up the veggie content.

Tastes like garlic and veg stock with a hint of mushrooms with weird texture due to cauliflower. Wouldnt cook again

surprisingly delicious!! needed quite a bit of garlic salt, salt and pepper, but my picky boys loved it! husband didn't like the tiniest gritty texture due to the cauliflower. heat sauce slowly, it definitely bubbles up and was everywhere, this is a messy recipe but still tasted pretty good!
