- 28 oz. mushrooms (well drained, use only one can if you don’t really love mushrooms)

- 2/3 cup frozen peas
- 4 cans tuna (5 oz each)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (finely)

Turned out pretty good, I added the heavy cream, wetter than I think I like. Will try sour cream next time. Added 32 oz of mushrooms - love mushrooms. Would like a little crunch on top so will add “just a few” chips next time. This made a lot!!

I really liked the taste of this casserole! Due to my husband's hatred for mushrooms, I substituted Zucchini. I felt that there needed a bit of a crunch in the texture...maybe add some pork rinds on top next time?

This turned out good. I substituted Tony Chachere's for the salt and pepper. Could have used more colliflower though.

Tastes good but was a bit wetter than I expected, got about three meals out of a baking dish when I’d normally get 5 or six

AMAZING! It tastes exactly like the classic. I thought that with the amount of tuna and cauliflower that it had plenty of substance for me. Loved it!

Decent flavour but requires more substance, next time I make it I will omit the sour cream and just add the can of mushroom soup
