I'm following a "Lean and Green" diet plan and modified this to make it compliant. I omitted the butter and almond milk, and increased the crab to 10 oz. It tasted good. I'm sure the ingredients I omitted would have enhanced the flavor, but i enjoyed the chowder just the same.
