It turned out great. My family said this recipe is a keeper.

This turned out okay. I wish I could have gotten the pork thinner. It took forever to cook the pork and I only did one chop to try the recipe out. I also made the mistake of using panko and I needed to have used an egg dip first. Thanks for sharing the recipe; I'll nail it next time,
