I have made this recipe several times now. We love it and everyone we have served it to has loved it.

I used fat free cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, skim milk, and a cut up chicken breast because I didn’t have ground turkey. Also plain diced tomatoes since it was what I had on hand. We all enjoyed it. My son had the idea to use salsa instead of the tomatoes next time.
