This is probably one of the easiest - and tastiest - recipes I have ever encountered. You combine buttery crackers with juicy fresh chicken to create a low sodium dinner that your whole family will enjoy. The best part is, this low salt meal comes together with very little effort on your part!

- 1 salt (sleeve of Ritz “Hint of, ” Crackers, crushed into crumbs)
- 1 stick unsalted butter

This is a surprisingly easy dish that is a big crowd pleaser. The touch of Italian seasoning to the cracker breading gives the chicken a big zing of flavor. You might have to double or even triple the amount of breading you mix together depending on the amount of chicken you have.
