I am not a great cook so I try to follow the recipe as close as I can. However I think this recipe is incomplete and needs more information. I feel it needs direction on when to add the tofu. Also the directions says to add sugar but there’s no sugar in the ingredients. I think that was the missing ingredient. The end product was ok but the white wine vinegar was overpowering the rest of the dish. I would make this again but I would wait for the author to make some adjustments to the recipe.
