Excellent sauce! Thank you! As mentioned, this only made 2.5 cups for me but It was plenty for my need. My wife loved the meal and it was very easy for me to make. I made the sauce in the morning and stored it in two mason jars until dinner time. I made a chicken and veggie stir fry over Thai noodles. While steaming some snow peas, red and green peppers I seared some chicken breast with mushroom and onion then added the sauce. Once the chicken was almost done I transferred the veggies from my "steaming pot" to the pan with the chicken and sauce. Finally I just added the noodles to the same pan, the noodles only take 2 mins and the dish is done. It is delicious!! Another plus...only 2 pans to clean!
This sauce will definitely be on the menu in the future!
