I doubled this make ahead gravy for Thanksgiving and there was plenty. I chose this recipe because someone else was frying the turkey so I had no drippings. I couldn’t find turkey broth at my store so just used chicken broth instead. I liked that this was one thing I didn’t have to make at the last minute.

Good flavor, but I only used 1/4 cup flour and it still came out pretty thick. I just kept adding stock...

This was great! Easy to follow as the directions were perfect can’t wait to serve it on Thanksgiving!
