- 2 inches fresh ginger (piece, grated, about 2 tablespoons)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced, about 1 tablespoon)
- 6 cups beef broth
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz. pork belly (fully cooked, Trader Joe’s)
- 6 cups greens (or cabbage, coarsely chopped, I used arugula)
- 1 spaghetti squash (cooked and removed from shell)
- 4 tsp. ghee
- 4 hard boiled eggs (cut in half lengthwise, optional)
- 8 green onions (thinly sliced)
- fresh basil leaves (could be optional, but not really 😉)
- chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- jalapeños (optional)
- fresh lime juice (optional)
