Very flavorful, will definitely make again. I had just one large mango which I cut in half, using one half in the purée the other added at the end. I did not add raisins.

To cut down the tanginess, I added 2 tbsp of sugar. It came out good!

Pretty tasty! Extremely easy to make. I used chicken breast and I think seasoning the chicken first would have been a good idea. I also used frozen mango chunks that worked out fine- just thawed a bit before hand. Served over brown rice. My 10mo old couldn’t get enough!

This was very tasty! And the recipe was really easy to follow. I would probably add a bit more spice next time as it was a bit sweeter than I would have liked. I also think I will season the chicken next time before chopping and adding to the curry. I used chicken breast because boneless thighs are difficult to find here, but do think it would taste even nicer with the chicken thighs.

Easy to make, family raved about the flavor! I added some fresh haricots vertes cut into about 2-inch lengths. Served it over brown rice/wild rice combo for lower carbs.

I did not puree. Added 1/4 tsp scotch bonnet puree and swiched a 1/4 brick 1.5 oz of cocont cream for coconut milk. Served over quinioa. Delicious!

It was easy to make I found it a little bland needed more spice more curry flavour didn’t find it too sweet and I used two mangoes
Would make it again with my own personal tweaks
I also chose not to purée the sauce I would do that next time I think it would make the flavour better

This dish is easy to make and very delicious, however it turned out slightly too spicy for the kids. We put some extra sour cream in there and it was still very delicious!

This recipe has become one of our staples. I made enough to last us a few days but it was so yummy that we devoured it within two days! Don't forget to pick up some naan bread!
