- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
- 3 potatoes (large floury, such as maris piper, peeled and chopped into 1 inch cubes)
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil (for roasting the potatoes)
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 red bell pepper (deseeded and chopped into bite-size chunks)
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (Schwartz)

Awesome!!!! I did modify as I had no sour cream. I used Greek yogurt. I also added some fennel and red onion to the roasting potatoes. I loved it, but hubby doesn't like lamb flavor. I loved it. Lamb was perfect.

Delicous!!!! I accidentely added basil to it but other than that i did exactly what it said and it came out good.... even with basil lol

Awesome! Yum mmy really good with warm pita bread and Greek yogurt sauce yogurt, cucumber and lemon juice with minced garlic to taste.
5 years later we still make this on a regular basis. One of our favorite recipes.
