I made marinated pork chops rather than a loin, but it was still really good! Would make again.

Marinated overnight and it was really good and moist.

The marinade was absolutely delicious. The website's instructions suck lol but if you cook at 400° for 30 mins you should get an internal temperature around 150° (which is medium cooked). Marinating the meat overnight is key to getting that delicious taste! I'll definitely make it again.

It was very good! If i made it again i would marinate for a whole day or even two days.

It turned out delicious! I cooked mine on 425 instead of 325 but it turned out delicious!... very flavorful.
