This was awesome. I made this for Christmas dinner. I used a 10 lb beef tenderloin roast so I increased the amount of the marinade. I marinated for 45 minutes. My mother is still raving about this meat. My father wants this recipe. And he never cooks. I was able to cook this to a perfect mid rare, which is how my family enjoys there meat. But I know next year, I am already expected to be cooking this again. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who is thinking about cooking beef tenderloin.
