- mashed potatoes (Use your favorite recipe if you prefer)
- 3 lb. potatoes (peeled and cubed)

- 1 cup milk

I cut back on amt of potatoes, used smaller pan. Added a bit of garlic powder and onions. Placed potatoes on top using large melon baller for presentation. It’s a keeper.

I had to change and add stuff but it was really good!
