Very simple to make. Great balance of sweet from honey and bitter from the matcha. I tried it with ghee, milk, and chocolate chips. It does rise quite a bit so make sure you use a decent size mug. Mine ended up a bit tall and thus leaned a bit. I assume a wider vessel would end up with a more stable cake and presentation.

So yummy! Super moist and the texture is really great too. Not a fan of the chocolate chips in this though...
