    Yuuuummmmm!! Made a few changes.. 2 bags of slaw, 3 avocados, 2 limes and 1 lemon, maple syrup instead of stevia, chopped fresh cilantro and parsley. Excellent and super easy!!

    Nice fresh flavor. Very different than regular coleslaw but who doesn’t like to surprise folks? I added radishes, celery, carrots and even a persimmon to bolster the nutritional kick.

    My Seven-year-old daughter made it and it was delicious. And even she thought it was delicious. You made a delicious recipe it was awesome. When me and my dad tasted it we were bursting with joy .

    Excellent! Thank you for sharing! I was inspired to make up my own recipe for Cole Slaw too! I am trying to eat more deep colored veggies - I love them all so its not a problem - but check this out: Ms B's Ruby Red Sweet Slaw 1 medium raw beet - Julianne cut, 1-1/2 c purple cabbage sliced same thickness as Julianne style cut beets, 1/2 sweet red onion, 1 T EVOO, 1 T Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother) 2 T fresh lemon Juice & 2 T raw sugar ( which I am sure you can sub out with Stevia or Agave syrup- thats all - no extra seasoning needed ( trust me- I am a fan of lots of seasonings)

    a little too bland, but edible and easy. Not a good substitute for good southern (sugar filled) Cole slaw.
