This is a keeper!
We didn't have any tomatoes on hand so I threw in some sliced radishes and added chicken and feta to make it a substantial dinner.
Absolutely delicious and very easy to make.

Both my husband and I loved this! He made just as described, with soup stock to make the farro, and it was delicious. Good as a dinner, or to bring for work lunches.

I'm usually not big on Mediterranean flavors, but I love this. Only substitution I made was peanut butter in place of tahini because I couldn't find it at the store. Very filling and flavorful

i doubled the recipe, and mixed it all i one bowl, used cherry tomatoes, made as directed otherwise.
really enjoy it, very filling. perfect for summer.

Really simple, quick dish to make. I loved how spicy the sauce and chickpeas were with the cayenne pepper, it just enhanced the flavour. The farro has a good texture to it for this dish as well. Worth making!

Really liked this recipe! Definitely will be my new easy go to healthy meal. Dressing was delicious, you really only need a tiny bit, and chickpeas had a great flavor.

I loved it. I don’t usually have parsley, but always have fresh cilantro. I used cilantro instead and it was great.

Spiced chickpeas didn’t have much flavor and the tahini dressing was bitter. I added cashews and agave to tame the bitterness and it was still just ok.

Really enjoyed it. My wife liked it even more. Very flavorful. I tried the red onion and avocado which were good additions. However, be careful not to add too much onion, it can get a bit acidic. Next time I will try the feta or goat cheese. I may add a few nuts to give it more crunch. The farro was tasty (my first time trying it). Maybe, I will decrease it and add some spinach as was mentioned in another review, this will lower the carbs.

The dressing tasted a bit like himmis. my family enjoyed the dish and I expect it to be better since I had to forego tomatoes.

Loved it. This is one of my new go-to recipes.

Fantastic recipe! I baked the chickpeas instead of frying and they turned out lovely. The salad was equally as tasty on the second day

Great!
Added roasted mushrooms and a little sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt. But either way, yum!

Made this several times. I leave salt out for my tastes, maybe heavier on spices.
A go-to salad in my house!

Added beets and black olives. Really really good! Added beet juice to the dressing and it tasted great but of course turns it pepto bismol pink so if you can’t eat things that look funny, don’t add beet juice haha. Also good with feta

Sooo good! Reminded me of falafel. Planning on adding black olives and mixed greens (maybe spring mix, spinach, or arugula) next time. Maybe even pine nuts, too :) reminder to self: double it!
