  • 2/3 cup sliced kalamata olives
  • 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 red onion (a medium, peeled and thinly sliced)
  • vinaigrette (lemon-herb, see below)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

    I sliced some turkey pepperoni and added that as well. I used regular greek dressing, and added a little oil & vinegar. It’s really tasty, and easy to personalize. I’ll be making this again!

    I would like it with a little less pasta, or maybe smaller pasta...the bowties I used seemed huge. But it was still delicious and the dressing was yummy. Oh and it makes a lot.

    Came out delicious! For other lazy cooks, I was lazy and didn’t feel like making the vinegrette from scratch so I bought Ken’s Steakhouse Simply Vinegrette, Greek flavor and used about 1/4 of the bottle (this lightly coated the pasta, just add more if you want). Still came out very good for skimping on the recipe!

    Love, love, love this recipe!! Have made it about 20+ times. Kids love it, their friends love it and it’s often requested at gatherings. I make it often for lunches for the week. Only recommendation is to use fresh feta not the crumbles.

    Very good recipe, this will be my go to for pasta salad. The dressing can be used for fajitas as well!

    This was fantastic! My husband proclaimed it to be the best he’s ever had. I used a pound of bow ties and did 1 1/2 times the dressing. No other alterations to the recipe.
