This was great. I made it just as the recipe said and the family really enjoyed it. I can see that you could add this and that to make it your own, but like I said, it's great if you follow the recipe.

This was a quick and easy meal. I made a few changes/additions to kick it up a notch. Used yellow rice with saffron because that’s what I had on hand. Added chorizo and shallots in with the ground beef. Also added black beans and diced jalapeños. Turned out great and one of my picky eaters even had a second helping!

Relatively good flavors, but pretty underwhelming. The rice ended up being overcooked and rather bland as well.

Very tasty. I added half a jalapenos to spice it up. Next time, I'll put some black beans in.

This was really yummy and honestly SO EASY to make. But like the other reviews, I plan to add more next time. Probably black beans and then tortilla strips after it’s done cooking for crunch (I also totally blanked on adding the cilantro at the end and I’m super upset about it because I think it would’ve made a big difference in taste, but it was still yummy without). My 1.5 year old son also LOVED it - I definitely suggest for an easy weeknight meal.

Fantastic. Added green peppers and an onion. Cooked the meat with garlic. You could add some beans in as well, or japelpenos
