This recipe is fine. I used chipotle chili powder in lieu of regular, but I will say this is THE ABSOLUTE WRONG CHEESE TO USE FOR THIS DISH. The cheddar and mozzarella literally sucks ALL the flavor out of the pasta. We added plenty of extra spice, cayenne, red pepper flakes, smoked Spanish paprika, but the biggest help was Mexican style cheese. Ours was a blend of asadero, Oaxaca and quesadilla.

My kids especially loved this; they even had seconds. We used Rotini pasta for it. For such a simple recipe it was tasty. Throwing a little chopped cilantro on as a garnish could also freshen it up a little.

Absolutely delicious! Very cheesy & yummy. Kinda like doing pasta fajitas. Loved it!

It was easy and simple to make. Didn't turn out too bad. I would've made it a little less spicy. I used chipotle chilli powder instead of regular chilli powder. Might've been a little my fault it was so spicy. Yet overall it was good.

Simple and delicious! You could really use any type of pasta you desire. This recipe is not spicy- so if you like spice, add hot sauce or cayenne pepper. still flavorful nonetheless!

Kind of bland tasting. I also added a can of rinsed black beans. My kids, however, thought it was good.
